E-commerce & Growth Manager

Your role

As E-commerce & Growth Manager you become the owner of our entire online revenue. You build, optimise and grow our webshop: from conversion and landing pages to bundles, upsells and subscriptions. You steer on data and turn our D2C shop into the engine behind our growth.

What you'll do

• You carry revenue and growth responsibility for our Shopify webshop.
• You increase conversion (CRO) through landing pages, bundles, upsells and subscriptions.
• You build out our SEO channel (technical, content and product pages).
• You run our email and retention flows in Klaviyo.
• You work data-driven: analytics, dashboards and A/B testing.
• You work closely with performance marketing, content and logistics (3PL).
• You build and manage our presence on marketplaces such as Bol and Amazon.
• As we grow, you build and lead your own e-commerce team.

Who you are

• You have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce with demonstrable revenue growth, preferably in D2C or FMCG.
• You know Shopify, CRO, SEO and email marketing (Klaviyo) inside out.
• You steer decisions on data and are strong in analysis.
• You are entrepreneurial, results-driven and take initiative.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
