Four capsules a day: 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, with water. One pouch lasts 30 days. Why four? 1389 mg magnesium bisglycinate and 300 mg NR don’t fit in one capsule, so the daily dose is spread over the day. LIFE FUEL™ builds up: consistent daily use is what counts.
How long should I take LIFE FUEL™?
We recommend at least 90 days to start, about three pouches. After that, simply keep going: your body uses NAD+ every day and levels naturally decline with age. Experiences vary from person to person.
