What is NAD+ and why does it decline?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a molecule every cell uses to produce energy in the mitochondria and to run its maintenance processes. Research on human tissue shows levels drop by up to 65% between 30 and 70 (Massudi et al., 2012). The decline differs from person to person.
What is NR and how is it different from other NAD+ boosters?
Nicotinamide riboside (NR) is a form of vitamin B3 that your cells convert into NAD+. It is one of the best-studied NAD+ precursors in humans. BRONN uses NR, never niacin, and protects it with ABSORPTIX® so it survives the stomach phase.
Is this an anti-ageing product?
